A mystery bird-feeding lady has helped a British photographer scoop an international prize. Brighton-based photographer, Clive Frost wants to track down the subject of his photograph, who he only knows as “Laura” to thank her for taking part. “The competition is called ‘One Shot: The City’ and is organised by the International Photography Awards in Los Angeles, California.
