SUNRISE

The long shadows and red glow of the fur are the clue that this was taken at sunrise. Moments earlier it had been very dark and we could just see the outlines of Marsh Pride lions feeding on a dead wildebeest. With the morning light came the vultures - these young lions are looking at vultures as they fly in and land nearby.
